5 New Games - April 28, 2009

Playstation 2: Grand Theft Auto III
New; $29.99 for the GTA: The Trilogy boxed set @ Target

This is the only PS2 GTA game that I haven't actually played before. But, seeing as it's the first one and came in the boxed set anyway, I got it and still want to try it out.

Playstation 2: Grand Theft Auto: Vice City
New; $29.99 for the GTA: The Trilogy boxed set @ Target

I played this before at my friend's house and I've wanted to get it ever since.

New; $29.99 for the GTA: The Trilogy boxed set @ Target

Xbox 360: Gears of War
New; $29.99 @ Target

Apparently, this is the best game out for the 360 and I wanted to get it.

Nintendo DS: Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars
New; $34.99 @ Target

This is supposed to be really good, and on par with the console GTAs. And it's portable, which means I can play it wherever. Of course I wanted to get it.

2 New Games - April 26, 2009

Argh, two days late. Whatever.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME! Yes, April 26th is my birthday and I am now 18! I got three games as gifts. They were Sonic Unleashed for the 360, (which I already have), The Incredible Hilk for the Wii, and a Shrek party game. They were all from my mom, so I explained to her how I already have Sonic Unleashed and how the Wii games were sort of shovelware, so she let me return them. I took them back to the store, and bought two DS games with some of the money.

Nintendo DS: Rhythm Heaven
New; $29.99 @ Target

I heard that this game was great and wanted to get it.

Nintendo DS: Bleach: The Blade of Fate
New; $19.99 @ Target

I've wanted to get this for a while. so I picked it up.

Argh, a day late.

Wow, it's really been four months since my last update! I've bought a LOT of games (and an xbox 360) since the first of the year, but due to a lack of internet I haven't been able to update the blog. The games I bought after the first but before today are: An Xbox 360, Donkey Kong Country, Donkey Kong Country 2, Megaman X, Sega GT/JSRF, Virtua Fighter 5 Online, Burnout Paradise, Jak 3, Space Channel 5: Special Edition, Shenmue, Paper Mario, Buck Bumble, Goldeneye: 007, Yoshi's Story, Kung fu Panda/Lego Indiana Jones, Project Gotham Racing 3, Mercenaries 2: World in Flames, Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter 2, The Orange Box, Counter-Strike: Source, and Dead Rising.

Xbox 360: Sonic Unleashed
New; $34.98 on clearance @ Target

I couldn't wait to get this game!

Playstation 2: Jak II
Used; $5.99 @ Gamestop

I played this on a demo disc once and it was great. I've wanted it ever since.

Gameboy Advance: Jet Grind Radio
Used; $4.99 @ Gamestop

I've played the rom a few times and thought it was pretty fun, so I bought it.

Gameboy Advance: Iridion 3D
Used; $1.49 @ Gamestop

I wanted a fun game that I could pick up and play quickly. I remember this game got excellent reviews, so I bought it.
